La posa della segnaletica SICAI è iniziata e proseguirà nei prossimi mesi. In assenza di questa seguire quella delle AV1 e AV2. In periodo tardo primaverile inizio estate, prestare attenzione ai versanti esposti a NORD che potrebbero presentare ancora neve e quindi potenzialmente pericolosi.

A short stage with a descent exclusively leading to the bottom of the Ollomont valley. From the Champillon Refuge, you take the descending path towards the Tza de Champillon huts, intersecting the track of the Ru de By near the Champillon village. This is an ancient water channeling system used for irrigation along the arid south-facing slopes of the lower Aosta Valley. The path continues with steep switchbacks until reaching the Rey hamlet.
