The "Passo Del Cerreto" Hotel is situated at 1250 meters in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park. In addition to being a Visitor Center for the National Park, it serves as a landmark for those traveling along the Sentiero Italia CAI, as the trails leading to the sources of the Secchia River begin right from the hotel’s garden. The Refuge is run by the Giannarelli family and offers hospitality along with high-quality cuisine. In the kitchen, you’ll find Mario Giannarelli, a graduate of the Italian cooking school ALMA. The restaurant offers a menu featuring local and seasonal products sourced from nearby farms. Through the "zero-kilometer" menu, it guarantees quality and freshness while respecting the environment, and also enhances the local agricultural and gastronomic heritage.
