Hiking
A medium-length stage with negligible elevation gain that runs parallel to the boundary of the Alta Murgia National Park, passing at the foot of some of the first small elevations that frame the plateau. Continuing northwest along the Acquedotto Pugliese cycle path, you leave Quasano and cross a mixed landscape of countryside and forest. Passing at the base of the Murgia del Ceraso and the Murgia di Lama Rossa, you arrive at the Bosco di Scoparella, within which lies the Contrada Lame d’Ape.
