Another stage that heads northwest parallel to the Adriatic coast, covering a considerable distance with a slight elevation gain towards the end, reaching an altitude of 500 meters above sea level for the first time. From Contrada Lama d’Ape, you cross the Bosco di Scoparella and enter the Bosco di Ruvo before heading towards the Bosco di Cecibizzo, at the foot of the homonymous mountain range. The final stretch is a climb to the extraordinary monument of Castel del Monte, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
